Founder and Attorney
Leslee Carrescia, Esq.
Leslee Carrescia is a Nevada attorney and the founder of LC Legal Group. Her practice includes family law, criminal defense, and personal injury. She approaches each matter with close attention to the facts and to the practical effect legal decisions can have on a client's life.
In family matters, Leslee's work includes divorce, contested custody, financial disputes, protective orders, and proceedings involving the care of vulnerable family members. Her criminal defense work includes DUI and domestic violence matters, where the consequences of a case can extend into employment and family life.
Leslee also brings a background in aviation and education to her legal practice. As a flight instructor and aviation faculty member at the College of Southern Nevada, she has taught concepts involving human performance, risk, and decision-making. That experience informs her disciplined preparation and her commitment to explaining complex issues in useful, understandable terms.
Her goal is to give clients a clear understanding of their position and a thoughtful plan for moving forward, supported by careful preparation and purposeful advocacy.
